San Fernando Honors Former City Councilor Romulo S. Dyquiangco with Necrological Service
The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, together with its officials and employees, expressed their farewell to former City Councilor Hon. Romulo “Romy” S. Dyquiangco, who passed away on September 21, 2025, through a necrological service held last Monday, September 29, 2025, at the People’s Hall, City Hall.
To honor his memory, the Sangguniang Panlungsod, on behalf of the City Government, presented a City Resolution of Condolence to the bereaved family.
