The City Government of San Fernando proudly recognized exemplary commitment to disaster preparedness and community resilience during the Gawad ALIBTAK (AListo a BaNuar Tan-oc nga Agserbi para ti Kinitalged ken Salakan) Awarding Ceremony held last November 28, 2025 at J&V Hotel and Resort.
Through this program, we honor institutions and communities that consistently uphold excellence in disaster risk reduction and management—demonstrating readiness, teamwork, and genuine care for every Fernandino’s safety.
