A Public Hearing on draft ordinances was held on January 27, 2026, at the Gregorio “Bunog” R. Hufano Session Hall in the City of San Fernando, La Union.

The hearing covered Draft Ordinance No. 2025-30, which seeks to establish a City Anti-Dengue Task Force and Barangay Dengue Brigades to strengthen dengue prevention and control, and Draft Ordinance No. 2026-01, which proposes the granting of tax amnesty on penalties, surcharges, and interests on delinquent real property taxes, including the Special Education Fund, Idle Land Tax, and other special levy taxes.
