𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝗰𝗮𝗿!

Hon. Samuel H. Jucar took his oath as the City Councilor of San Fernando during the 29th regular session, stepping into his role as the appointed successor to Hon. Mark Anthony A. Ducusin.
The appointment followed the endorsement of the Certificate of Membership and nomination from the President of the LAKAS-CMD party. Pursuant to Section 45
(a) 2 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, Hon.Samuel H. Jucar is hereby appointed as a member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union. He shall serve the unexpired portion of the term of Hon. Mark Anthony A. Ducusin.
