1) the City’s mobile clinic to provide health and medical services to residents of every barangay of the city;

2) volunteer doctors and other medical practitioners said services; and 

3) to conduct a house-to-house vaccination for senior citizens, persons with disability, and persons suffering from illnesses.

Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod consider the health and wellness of the people a top priority. 

Therefore, the alarming number of sick persons in the city prompted the members to pass the resolution to help ensure that the people are given prompt, convenient, and easy access to health care, medical services, and medical facilities.
