The session was led by City Vice Mayor Alfredo Pablo Ortega. Present were councilors, Hon. Kyle Nisce, Hon. Pablo Ortega, Hon. Lucia Esperanza Ortega-Valero, Hon. Jonathan Orros, Hon. Edwin Yumul, Hon. Rodolfo Abat, Hon. Arnel Almazan, Hon. Aldrine Jucar, Hon. John Orros, Hon. Mark Anthony Ducusin, Hon. Quintin Balcita Jr, and Hon. Kirk Andrew Agulan.

Ms. Margaret Farolan, Secretary to the Sanggunian, presented the Sangguniang Panoungsod Accomplishment Report for the month of November.

After the session, the Sangguniang Panlungsod received a plaque of recognition as a Provincial Winner/Regional Nominee under the Component Cities Category and an award of recognition as a National Finalist in the 2023 Local Legislative Awards under the same category.

These awards were given in recognition of significant accomplishments in local legislation that contributed to desirable socio-economic and environment outcomes that benefited the community.

The Sanggunian is diligently working towards our vision to be the Center of SMART Legislation in Region I by 2025.
