Today, December 29, 2023, the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development and the City Government of San Fernando, La Union, conducted its 2023 Graduation Ceremony at the Barangay Poro Auditorium.

Councilor John H. Orros encouraged the 307 beneficiaries of the city to contribute to the overall progress and well-being of the community.
