Barangays Narra Este and Abut successfully launched their SK Teen Centers on the last week of March.

The launching of Barangay Narra Este’s Teen Center was headed by Punong Barangay Rolando Casuga with SK Chairperson Kathleen Joy Padilla on March 27, 2023.

Meanwhile, Barangay Abut launched their youth hub on March 29, 2023, headed by Punong Barangay Regiel Panit and SK Chairman Janus Gian Ramos.

The establishment of Teen Centers in barangays is a project kickstarted by former SK Federation President Hon. Councilor Mark Anthony “Macky” Ducusin and continued by our current SK Federation President Hon. Precious Basila, which aims to set up SK Teen Centers to all 59 barangays in City of San Fernando advocating to provide safe spaces for youth development.
