Hon. Rodolfo Abat welcomed the Political Science students from DMMMSU Mid La Union Campus. In addition, Hon. Abat manifested that the position paper of the Samahan ng Masisigasig Aktibo at Responsableng Tsuper (SMART) of the City of San Fernando and La Union Transport Multi-Purpose Cooperative (LUTRAMPCO) will be discussed and addressed in the next regular session, and to be referred to the proper committee.
