3. Letter of the City Mayor dated August 29, 2024, received on August 30m 2024, requesting the passage of a resolution of authority to enter into a Sisterhood Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Cities of San Fernando, La Union and San Juan Metro Manila, and certifying to its urgency
