Hon. Kyle Nisce manifested the status of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and the implementation of the Zoning Ordinance of the City, and if DHSUD Memorandum Circular No. 2024-011 and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2024-084 has been complied and integrated in the crafting and updating of the CLUP prior to the enactment of the Zoning Ordinance of the City.
