On August 3, 2021, during its regular session duly presided over by the City Vice Mayor, Hon. Alfredo Pablo “Alf” Ortega, the members of the Sanggunian unanimously approved the ordinance: 

a) establishing the City of San Fernando Business Stimulus Program; and 

b) providing the needed funds.

The CSFBSP will help qualified small businesses survive the economic slowdown brough about by the COVID-19 pandemic; and make them active partners in reviving our local economy. The CSFBP is intended to be temporary; and is in addition to the regular livelihood programs of the City government.
